Tonia Omolopo
Mrs. Tonia Omolopo is an Early Childhood Educator, author, play advocate, and convener of the early years’ hub conference. Over a decade ago, she stepped into a classroom and hasn’t looked back since.
Msthonia as she is fondly called is committed to ensuring wholesome development through play. Her mission is to raise an army of change agents who would reform and redefine Early childhood education, one teacher, one class, one school, one state, one country, and one continent at a time. When she is not in the classroom, she is either at home, sitting on a couch watching ‘Friends’ for the one-millionth time or creating physical and digital resources on her website or sharing educational content on Instagram and YouTube.
Rhoda Odigboh
Rhoda Odigboh is a teacher and global education practitioner supporting education programs across Africa. A Curriculum Theorist & Inclusion Advocate. With keen interests in Green Education, Digital Literacy and Socio-Emotional Learning.
Rhoda is the Vice President of the Professional Association of Curriculum Theorists in Nigeria (PACTPiN) & Board Member at Let Cerebral Palsy Kids Learn Foundation.
Rhoda is a Co-Founder at The Learning Craft – a social enterprise focused on delivering evidence-based curriculum experiences and professional development. With a mission to support the delivery of quality, inclusive and equitable education for the average African child.
Rhoda currently serves as the Head of Africa Programs at Kizazi – a British Charity that works with local NGOs across the world to design, implement and codify breakthrough school models.
Rhoda is a wife and mom of three children, an 18-year-old son, and a set of twin girls who are now 14.
Bernadette Olatunbosun
Bernadette, is a skilled PMO Analyst with a knack for optimizing project management processes. With a background in data analysis and project coordination, she excels in streamlining workflows and ensuring project success. Her attention to detail and problem-solving abilities make her an invaluable asset to any team.
Faith Ojone
Ojone Faith Aduku is a teacher, Educational strategist, project/event manager, and the founder of iCreate Education. She is an internationally certified educational consultant with years of experience in her field and multi-sectoral exposure across various fields.
She is dedicated to empowering Educators and institutions to reach their full potential through innovative and effective educational solutions. She has shown her commitment to helping educators navigate the ever-evolving learning landscape and achieve their academic goals through several platforms and initiatives.
Her interest in career advancement has earned her awards and recommendations nationally and globally. She has successfully trained and coached over 200 emerging professional teachers, and her mentees fondly call her the teacher’s teacher.
Her expertise includes curriculum development, gap analysis for struggling students, instructional design, and financial literacy for Educators. She is currently the Principal of a secondary school in Abuja, the Educational League of Professionals leader, and the Educator’s series host.
Sandra Nwaogwugwu
Sandra is a versatile professional who excels in customer service and social media management. Passionate about engaging customers and creating meaningful connections, she brings exceptional communication skills and a creative flair to her role.
Whether addressing inquiries or crafting engaging social media content, Sandra is dedicated to delivering outstanding experiences across all channels.
Ayagogo Dimowo
Ayagogo Dimowo is the Director of Irisfield School, Port Harcourt, and a Special Needs Consultant. With a wealth of experience in education and a focus on special needs, she is committed to providing exceptional support and guidance to students, families, and educators alike.
Passionate about fostering inclusivity and maximizing potential, Ayagogo brings expertise and compassion to her role, ensuring every child receives the support they need to thrive.
Lanre Omoyele
Olanrewaju is is a dedicated and passionate educational consultant, financial management professional, and technology strategist with over a decade of experience in education.
His expertise lies in helping educational organizations navigate the ever-evolving landscape of education. Kemi Ogunsanya
Kemi’s greatest fulfillment comes from igniting and witnessing the transformative power of learning. With a proven track record of success in teaching, teacher training, creation of educational resources, curriculum integration, and more educational endeavours, she is driven by an unwavering passion for empowering students and educators.
Akintunde Akinsola
Akintunde Akinsola is a STEAM advocate, educational technologist, and learning interventionist. An Experienced school leader with a demonstrated history of working in the educational management industry. Skilled in STEAM, teacher training and development, curriculum building, early childhood education, English Literacy, Creativity Skills, and Educational Technology. A strong professional with a flair for doing the extra that stands classrooms and lessons out.
Tina Woodrow
Tina Woodrow, is an English language coach for ages 5-10. She specializes in providing the necessary support in building the right literacy skills in learners. This has kept her in the education sector for over 8 years.
As an English language instructional Lead, she works with the team on curriculum development and implementation for English language. Away from education, she a baker and a lover of God.
Raquel Daniel
Raquel Daniel is a social entrepreneur and a development practitioner with over 10 years of experience in the development space in Nigeria. Passionate about development, she has mobilized over 5,000 volunteers in Nigeria to implement projects targeted at children in marginalized communities, focusing on education, sexual & reproductive health for girls, and alleviating extreme poverty through Beyond the Classroom Foundation.
She brings enormous expertise, insight, and energy to all her projects. she has received numerous awards including the 2023 Lord Impact Award, the 2021 Women’s Achievers Award by the United States Government Exchanges Alumni Association, the 2021 Women of Change Award by the Nile University of Nigeria, and the 2021 African Luther King Heroes Award.
She is an alumnus of the Global Shaper community of the World Economic Forum, a Royal Commonwealth Associate Fellow, a two-time Personal Mentor of the Queen’s Young Leaders Program 2018, and received the 2015 Coca-Cola Scholar at Enterprise Development Center of Pan Atlantic University.
Grace Amoka
Grace Amoka is a passionate Educator and professional trainer. With an academic background in Computer Engineering and Educational Technology, she designs, develops and deploys educational and training programs for schools and non-profit organizations.
She coaches educators across the public and private sectors to maximize their value and skills, as well as create sustainable livelihoods for themselves while pursuing their passion for impacting knowledge.
As an effective communicator, she helps professionals build confidence and become more effective communicators to achieve their personal and professional goals.
Abiola Omoyele
Abiola is a dynamic operational professional with almost a decade of experience in both school administration and facilities management. With a background in engineering and a passion for education, he brings expertise in overseeing school operations while ensuring safe and efficient learning environments.
Combining administrative acumen with technical know-how, Abiola is dedicated to fostering excellence in education by effectively managing school facilities.
Adora Igunma
Adora is an experienced teacher with a demonstrated history of working in the primary/secondary education industry. Skilled in facilitating learning, curriculum development, and instructional design with an M.Sc. focused in Cell Biology and Genetics (Environmental Biology) from University of Lagos and an M.Ed graduate of Curriculum and Instruction from the University of New Brunswick.
With over 7 years teaching experience both in and out of the classroom, teaching children at both elementary and high school levels, she trains teachers in continuous teacher education programs on different platforms.
She is also the Executive Director of The Fresh Look Africa, a not-for-profit organization that provides continuous teacher education and Professional Development Learning (PDL) to teachers across Africa.
Bilkis Musa
A school growth strategist, committed to good customer service, effective communication, mentoring and training teachers for the 21st century classroom. A lover of kids, with an exceptional observational skill that ensures success and growth for every child and teacher under her care. She is committed to educational excellence and considers the educational space her home.
Bilkis Musa earned her first degree in Business Administration and Management. She also acquired her Nigerian Certificate in Education from City College of Education as well as a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education.
Bilkis Musa is a certified Jolly Phonics coach, a trained expert in school administration and human resources, customer service and early childhood education. She is the Principal Consultant at Teachers Recruitment Consult to fill the deficit that has been created in the Nigerian educational sector due to the prolonged acceptance of incompetence in the Nigerian educational system.

Rotimi Eyitayo
With a vision to influence people, organizations and institutions, and using various avenues to motivate and inspiring them into maximizing productivity, Rotimi has distinguished himself as a passionate catalyst for change. His approach is a rare combination of talent, experience and research which has made him one of the outstanding entrepreneurs of this generation.
A young and dynamic speaker, Rotimi Eyitayo has facilitated several retreats & strategy sessions for organizations both within and outside Nigeria. He is a splendid Nigerian strategist with outstanding ideas in workforce activation, teamwork and strategic planning. A resourceful advocate of youth empowerment that resonates the depth of his knowledge through practical application of Peak performance in the marketplace.
An Ambassador of the GEMSTONE (Generation, Empowered, Motivated, stirred to Operate with Natural Excellence) 2025 project and is presently the brain behind several projects like Teammasters Spelling Bee, Nigerian School Conference, Student Enrichment Seminar, etc.
He is currently the MD/CEO of TEAMMASTERS LIMITED which has been in existence since 2006 – creating and adding value to schools, students, teachers and parents.
Afolake Salau
Afolale is a visionary Leadership & Disruptive Innovation Strategist based in the UK. With a unique blend of strategic foresight and creative thinking, she empowers organizations to thrive in rapidly evolving landscapes. Leveraging extensive experience and forward-thinking approaches, Afolake guides leaders toward innovative solutions that drive sustainable growth and success.
Ugochi Obidiegwu
Ugochi Obidiegwu works at the intersection of program and impact management for social impact organizations seeking to extend the reach of their innovative strategies.
In her social impact career, she has developed products and programs and provided policy advisory on pressing development issues affecting young people. Her major work pillars are around ensuring child safety, reducing substance abuse in youths and providing strategic direction for social impact initiatives. She is the author of a child safety storybook series available in English and French, co-creator of an online safety game for children and curator of safety education apps.
Joseph Olatunbosun
A Chartered Engineer with over 12 years’ experience in providing, implementing, consulting, and guiding asset management best practices within the Utilities sector. He specialises in implementing asset management programmes that balance inspection cycles, repair and maintenance prioritisation, and replacement programmes to optimise asset costs, performance and risk exposure. Proven success in leading dynamic teams and delivering first-class asset management services to clients. Able to quickly establish credibility with senior decision-makers whilst growing a company’s brand.
Ifiok Ikeagu
Ifiok is an Early Childhood Practitioner & Positive Discipline Educator dedicated to nurturing young minds. With a nurturing spirit and a commitment to positive guidance, she creates supportive environments where children can grow and learn. Through her expertise in early childhood development and positive discipline techniques, Ifiok empowers both children and caregivers to foster healthy relationships and social-emotional skills from an early age.
Danielle Akhazemea
Danielle Akhazemea is the founder and Managing Director of Gold Block Publishing Limited. She is also an Education Consultant & Neurodiversity Advocate based in the UK. With a passion for inclusive education and a focus on supporting neurodiverse learners, Danielle is dedicated to creating environments where all students can thrive.
Through consulting and advocacy work, she seeks to promote understanding and acceptance of neurodiversity in educational settings, fostering positive change and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
Benneth Obioma
Benneth, is a passionate mathematics educator committed to inspiring students’ love for numbers. With a zeal for simplifying complex concepts and fostering curiosity, Benneth creates engaging learning experiences that empower students to excel in math.
Through dedication and creativity, Benneth instills confidence and helps students unlock their full potential in the world of mathematics.
Senami Micah
Senami Micah (popularly known as Your Teacher Buddy) is a certified and passionate teacher whose goal is to inspire and motivate teachers to make the teaching profession truly enviable.
As a Teacher Wellness Advocate, she shares her knowledge and expertise with teachers, school leaders, and other stakeholders through her social media platforms, resources, and speaking engagements.
To help teachers improve their social, financial, and professional wellness, she started ‘The Teacher Branding Coaching Program’ in July 2023. She has coached over 40 teachers to build successful teacher brands. The program has spawned a Teacher Branding Community, where teachers are supported and kept accountable as they build compelling teacher brands.
Senami Micah is the author of a Wellness Journal and Calendar, which will be launched in November 2024, and a co-host on the podcast – POV with Senami and Akin.
She has a first degree in Chemistry, a PGDE, and a Masters in Educational Management. She currently works as a Teacher Trainer, a School Consultant and a Quality Assurance Manager.
Lola Aneke
Lola Aneke is an award-winning educator with a practicing license from North Carolina in the United States. She holds a Master of Art in Teaching (MAT) Special and Inclusive Education from Meredith College, North Carolina, a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from the University of Lagos, and is an IBCCES Board Certified Telepractice Specialist (BCTS) as well as a Board Certified Cognitive Specialist (BCCS).
Lola is versed in the Common Core and Essential United States Standards, and well-experienced in hands-on, challenging, and creative learning activities that take into consideration the diverse needs and experiences of students with special needs in both special and inclusive education settings. She has taught children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), speech and communication disorders, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and other related disabilities in the United States and Nigeria.
She is also the Executive Director of the Comprehensive Autism and Related Disabilities Education and Training Academy, known as the C.A.D.E.T. Academy, and the founder of the non-profit, Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) Dewdrops Community Centre for Special Needs, both located in Abuja.

A highly experienced early childhood educator and Co-founder of Cool Teachers Nigeria, an online community for young, passionate and fun teachers that promotes knowledge, development & empowerment for teachers in Nigeria in an exciting, enjoyable way
A certified Montessori educator (in theory and practice), Hilda is passionate about early childhood education and feels privileged to be able to build a holistic learning foundation for the young children of Spring Lake School whom she devotes her time to.
She believes the starting point of an integrated, well-rounded & developed child is every teacher being able to live a well-balanced life. Hilda enjoys creating memories, traveling and dancing.
